How Do I Say This...

Deanna Pecina is an organizational leadership coach who specializes in using the Enneagram and DISC assessments as tools to help others embrace their leadership genius.  She is passionate about all things leadership and learning and believes that everyone has the capacity to lead regardless of the positions they hold in an organization.  As a former teacher, school administrator, and military spouse, Deanna always been focused on understanding people, finding the best in them, and communicating effectively. This skill has been integral to her success throughout her career.  She believes that when we can meet others where they are, we increase our capacity to build trust and lead them.
